Registration Guidelines

• Included Benefits: Registration grants access to all general and concurrent sessions, exhibition areas, coffee breaks, lunch, and an attendance certificate (subject to participation).
• Online Registration Deadline: Available until 26 November 2025 (GMT+4).
• Onsite Registration: Begins 27 November 2025 with applicable onsite rates.
• Payment Confirmation: Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Fees apply based on payment date.
• Late Payments: If payment is made within 10 days before the event, proof of payment or a credit card guarantee is required for late registration. Failure to complete payment within this period may result in cancellation of pre-registration, requiring onsite registration at applicable rates.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted via email to acem25@wearemci.com.
• Refund Policy:
  • 100% refund (minus USD 100 / AED 365 administrative fee) for cancellations received by 29 October 2025.
  • No refunds for cancellations after 29 October 2025 or within 45 days of the conference.
• Conference Postponement or Cancellation:
  • In case of cancellation, participants will receive a refund minus bank charges.
  • If postponed due to force majeure, registration remains valid, but a USD 50 / AED 200 administrative fee applies for refund requests due to non-attendance.
